They don't make Saturday mornings quite like they used to. Heck, it's hard to even find cartoons on anymore. Back in the day, when we were kids, the weekend kicked off with animation on every major network. Oh, and there were some awesome live-action shows, too.
The heyday of Saturday morning children's entertainment was undoubtedly between the late-'60s and early-'80s. We might argue that 1978 was particularly great.
