Some spooky scenes on Walton’s Mountain would fit perfectly in iconic scary movies.
Warner Brothers
Like summer blockbusters, modern scary movies really came into their own in the 1970s. There were psychological thrillers, gory slasher flicks and, of course, plenty of haunted houses. The decade also had room for one of the most wholesome shows on TV, The Waltons. But don’t be fooled by its sugar-sweet reputation, there were times when the nostalgic series showed a darker side.

I did pretty good on this quiz. I got an 11/12. One of the images was really tough and that's all I'll say because I don't want to spoil the quiz for other people. Good quiz, MeTV 👍😊🖖!
10 out of 12. MeTV ought to have a quiz of Waltons in Horror movies. I can think of Girls on the Road, Mafu Cage and Mortuary off the top of my head.
9/12 Almost in time for Halloween, and one pf the best ghost movies, The Haunting, from 1963.
