Keep in mind, some of these hit shows and movies may have later spun off to show us cherished settings from one category in another, like cartoons that became live action movies or TV shows, or vice versa.

Actually, I first encountered "Fairview" in real life. There are more towns named Fairview in the US than there are named Glendale or Springfield.
