Is this Ron Howard in Happy Days or something else?
He was all over TV in the 1970s.
After becoming a household name as Opie Taylor in The Andy Griffith Show, Ron Howard graduated to more mature roles in all matter of film and TV projects in the late 1960s and early 70s. But that doesn’t mean he lost his comedy instincts.
In 1974, he chose what would become another wildly popular role – Richie Cunningham in Happy Days. Even as the lead in a successful sitcom, he still found time to star alongside John Wayne and begin a directing career.
Below are images of Ron Howard from the 1970s and 80s. Can you tell which ones are from Happy Days and which ones are from other things?
