Granny gets tired of the weather girl on TV saying that the weather is going to be clear when it is actually going to rain. She has a way to correct this, namely her weather beetle, Cecil. Jed goes down to speak to him and mentions the name "Daisy," making him think he means Hurricane Daisy, and tells of the plan to get rid of her.
